I'm currently looking for a versatile Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 developer in the residential market. The successful Senior Site Manager will be a No.2 to a Senior Project Manager on a huge residential scheme just over £110 million.

The Role:

The role is a site based position which will require you to work as a site team to deliver the project from conception to completion. You will be in charge of 2x Assistant Site Managers and a couple of other site staff such as engineers or foreman's.

The requirements for the Senior Site Manager:

* Ideally you will have experience as a Senior Site Manager within a house builder
* Minimum 8 years experience with either a Main Contractor or Developer
* It is essential that the Senior Site Manager has managed a team on site
* You must be self-sufficient, motivated and able to work as part of a team
