Are you a Senior Site Manager with experience working for volume residential developers on a mix of private and social? Are you looking for your next challenge and a great career opportunity? Do you want to work for the company offering the highest salaries in the region? I am currently keen to talk to suitable Professionals for a new role leading a large scheme in Peacehaven. The project includes 1 and 2 bed flats and houses up to 5 bed for private sale, shared ownership and social.

The opportunity involves leading a large multi-phased residential development from the start. There will be three phases, one after the other, delivering 400 units over about 6 years.

The majority of properties are traditional build and the development includes flats through to large detached houses. The client pride themselves of the quality and finish of their homes and they are considered to be the most prestigious national house builder with excellent customer service.
