Our client is growing due to continiuously providing the highest level of care in their service. This growth has now put them in a position to recruit strong senior support staff to join their team.

This service has been supporting children and young people since the 1980's located in a beautiful setting in Surbiton.

Location: Surbiton Area

Pay: £10.00- £11.50/ Hour


- Weekly pay + Accrued holiday (PAYE only)

- Full time rota, Long days + every other weekend

- Supervise Residential Support Workers and assist the pupils with all personal care needs as outlined in their care plan

- Organise stimulating trips and support the pupils in a variety of activities either on site or off site

- Support the Team Leader in service and manage the team in their absence

- Oversee the cleaning of living areas and any stock requirements are brought to the attention of the House Keeper

- Organise trips for pupils and support the pupils in a variety of activities to include all physical activities either on site or off site

What we are looking for:

- Ideally hold a NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care. Or evidence that you're working towards completion

- Experience of providing care and support to adults, young adults or children.

- To have good oral and written communication skill

- Experience of working with adults with disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour

- Be computer literate

- A full driving license is desirable but not essential.
