Are you technical coordinator, who is passionate, with a "get up and go" attitude, looking to make a successful career as a Senior Technical Coordinator? Are you a strong candidate looking for more opportunities and responsibilities?

One of my partnership clients is looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting time for someone to join them as they are looking to expand their team to accommodate for the increase in the residential projects with some of the Home Counties. The project's size would vary from 10 to 1000+ units.

The successful candidate will get the opportunity to manage up to 2 projects as well as support/mentor the technical coordinator on the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Report to the Design Technical Manager
* Manage the Technical Coordinator on the project
* Attend the design meetings between the subcontractors and other stakeholders
* Check all drawings and details for accuracy and correctness
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure deadlines are met.
* Ensure that regulations and legislation requirements are followed
* Ability to recognise potential issues and implement strategies or overcome them
* Ensure that the company upholds the standard of service and delivers the project on time
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants and other stakeholders


* Strong experience working for a developer/main contractor from pre-con stage to completion for a substantial period of time
* Confident with excellent communication skills
* Effective management of the team and other contractor
* Ability to optimise projects
* Ambitious and strive for delivery
