Buyer with contractor or developer experience required for exciting opportunity with market leading Kent based Developer. £45 - £53k plus flexible package and potential for progression.

Our client is a leading housing developer operating cross the UK and delivering multi award winning developments.

They have a number of live projects across the region that range up to multi phased developments incorporating a number of different build types such as traditional and reinforced concrete and incorporating apartments, stand alone, semi and terraced houses.

We are currently looking for a strong buyer to be site based on one of the regions most prestigious nes developments with weekly progress meetings in the Head office.

Working in a team environment and reporting into the Lead Buyer and Commercial Director, you will be ultimately be responsible for buying various building materials from a number of suppliers in accordance to site needs and programme. Negotiation on prices, supply dates and delivery details are everyday requirements therefore strong organisation skills and the art of persuasion are essential skills .
