I am currently recruiting a Permanent Site Engineer is the Sussex area. We currently require a permanent Site Engineer to work with civils contractors, who hold an excellent reputation in the local region. If you are an experienced Site Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity this could be the perfect fit for you.

The average values my client's projects typically range between are £300,000 - £3million. The Contractor works on water treatment works, structures, roads and earthworks , however for this particular project it would be advantageous if you had water and utilities experience.

You will be responsible for

* Setting out, using a Total Station OR GPS
* Quality Assurance / RFI's
* Reporting into the Site Agent
* Assisting in programming and resource management and cost control
* Liaising with the client and various other professionals
* As built surveys
* Dealing with risk assessments and method statements
* Check subcontractors setting out


* Degree / HND in Civil Engineering
* Good IT skills required including MS Office packages
* Experience of managing civil engineering projects with a main contractor with experience in - highways, Infrastructures, water and renewable energy
* CSCS Card (Black / Platinum)
* First Aid


Salary - £32,000 - £38,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus competitive benefits package - including car / car allowance.
