Site Manager

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Eastbourne, Sussex

Salary - £50,000 plus package

Client: An award winning Kent Based Contractor renowned for excellent staff retention. Projects consist of Residential, Commercial and Healthcare and range from £3M to £10M.

Position: Seeking a Site Manager (Project Lead) to be based on a Residential Project in Eastbourne. You will be responsible for an Assistant Site Manager - reporting to a Construction Manager and will be managing Health & Safety and Build Processes for the Client for the duration of the 2 Year programme.



* Ensuring project is delivered safely through effective planning & use of method and risk assessments
* Main point of contact for Client, Sub-Contractors and Public.
* Managing completion and the handover to the client


* Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
* Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
* Manage and maintain the project budgetary requirements
* Ensuring sufficient resources are in place; while maintaining budget for successful completion of the project.
* Providing regular progress updates to Directors

Requirements



* Previous experience as a Site Manager / Project Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Residential Projects is ideal.
* SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS is essential
* Highly Organised
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
