We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a leading house building company near to High Wycombe You will be working in a medium sized team alongside another customer service manager, reporting to the customer service director. You will directly be responsible for 3 maintenance operatives and spend a lot of time on site with customers.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager/ Site Manager



* Provide general support to Customer Service team & internal & external customers. Provide technical advice where required.
* Build relationships with other areas within the company and also external relationships
* Manage the customer service journey
* Monitor Customer Service expenditure. Provide weekly reports to HOCS. Identify poor performing areas, devise action plans, feedback & support implementation.
* Pro-active management of warranty & non warrantable remedial repairs
* Monitor resolution procedure until conclusion. Identify any areas of concern, feedback to HOCS & other departments, implement resolution.
* Manage & monitor performance levels of sub-contractors.
* Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards within agreed time scales.
* Visit customers to determine correct course of action.
* Identify work, complete a 'Customer Service Work Schedule' & pass to Customer Service Co-Ordinators
* Liaise with all other departments on a regular basis - attendance of Weekly/Monthly meetings.
* Source specialist contractors where required

Your Skills/ Experience as a Customer Service Manager



* Knowledge of or a background in construction & new build homes is essential.
* Experience as a site manager or ex trades would be beneficial
* Experience managing customer service staff and also maintenance technicians
* Knowledge and ability to diagnose defects and recommend a resolution.
* Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the differing types of customers
* Very good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
* Display a professional and confident approach at all times with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Excellent organisation skills
