Are you interested in a Site Manager position on a £3M CAT A commercial office refurbishment in central London?

We are looking for someone with experience specifically in CAT A commercial office fit out projects - the scope of works includes replacement of toilet cores, new M&E, raised flooring, and full CAT A office fit out with exposed services and new decor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the subcontractors to deliver the project on time, to a high standard, reporting to a Project Manager.

The Site Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on CAT A office fit out projects £2m+
* Carpentry background preferable


* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to the Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
