Site Manager - Residential Sector

Salary - £43,000 - £48,000 + Vehicle or Allowance + Package

North Manchester based company

Current project locations are - Bolton, Manchester City Centre, Stockport, Warrington and more local to the area.

Fantastic opportunity has come in with a company considered by the industry as one of the most reputable and growing Main Contractor. All of there work is within contracting from residential spec and social housing too plant hire and environmental services. Over 40 years within the construction market this company have grown from a small family owned company in to one of the largest and most respected Main Contractor in the North West that directly employ hundreds of people. Building there business on reputation, quality and service has made this company one of the most desirable to work for within the sector and has ensured there continuity of work.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing sites as designated by the Contracts Manager. You will have autonomy over the sites with regular support and backing from the company in all work undertaken to ensure quality and consistency.

Some of the daily duties are -

* Health and Safety and environment checks
* Inductions and delegating duties to the Assistant Site Manager
* Paperwork with onsite computer facilities
* Progress meetings and liaising with all of the stakeholders throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have -

* 3+ year's with a Main Contractor within the build sector
* Construction Knowledge
* Industry relevant Trade or Degree.
* Worked for competitors within the sector.
