My client have an enviable track record delivering successful projects in the £500k - £3m bracket across the Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, Health care, Education and Commercial sectors. A large proportion of their workload is repeat business, which further cements their quality led ethos and culture.

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager, to join a new site in Bradford, completing Fit Out work. My client is a well respected specialist contractor in West Yorkshire.

They value highly quality standards, through ensuring measurement of service levels and procedures are regularly evaluated internally, and are accredited by QMS to BSI for ISO. They are a fit out and refurbishment specialist, and through their high quality of workmanship and professional service has gained my client an excellent reputation for turning great design into outstanding reality.

Key Responsibilities:



* Candidates must demonstrable and successful career history in the Fit-Out sector
* Have a passion for exceptional customer satisfaction levels
* Have the ability to deliver of the highest quality standard of Project
* Experience of programming, procurement, health & safety, reporting and Client interface is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:



* Relevant Degree or Trades Background
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Driving Licence

My client is offering a competitive salary of £40,000-45,000 per annum.
