Do you have experience as a Site Manager building new houses? Are you a Site Manager based in or near the Brighton area? Can you confidently deal with private clients and ensure they are kept informed and happy throughout the build process? Are you passionate about quality and able to push sub contractors to meet your expectations? If so, then this role in Brighton is the challenge for you...

For many years we have recruited high calibre Site Managers for this local contractor. They have now been awarded a Brighton based project to build a one-off house for a private client. This is a high end home, with complex M&E elements being build on a tight site with difficult access. Experience of managing the logistics on a similar projects is essential. As is the ability to build a good rapport with the client throughout the project.

The successful Site Manager will join a company that boast excellent levels of staff motivation and staff retention. They will also be able to offer the successful Site Manager the ability to work within a max of a 15 mile radius of the office location.
