Are you a Site Manager with experience of working for leading house builders or residential contractors, taking charge of sizeable new build projects? Are you a Site Manager with lots of timber frame experience? Do you want to work for a multiple award winning , design led developer as a Site Manager reporting into the Regional Build Manager? Are you a Site Manager with the experience and management tools to successfully lead a new scheme over the next 2 yrs near Hastings with the support of an Assistant Site Manager?

Location: Hastings

Contract Type: Perm

Start: ASAP

Salary: Up to 55.5k + car allowance, pension, bonus

The project is just starting and we are now looking to appoint a Site Manager who will lead the project and develop a site team from the start. The project is a timber frame development of circa 80 units.

The client is a leading local construction company with design flair and an eye for detail. The company tend to get Site Managers involved in new projects from a very early stage, and their staff retention is very high.

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder or main contractor as a No1 Site Manager leading multi unit new build housing projects.

Good Timber Frame experience (as Site Manager)

A desire to produce a high quality product and appreciate ongoing training and professional development.
