Company:

A permanent position has become available for a Senior Site Manager with a Regional Main Contractor to run Building projects across Yorkshire.

Remuneration /Benefits:



* Competitive basic salary between £45,000 and £55,000
* Car / Car allowance.
* Matched contribution pension scheme.

Experience Required:



* Experience of managing Design & Build projects for a Main Contractor valued from £6m to £20m
* New Build experience.
* You will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
* You must have good IT Skills.
* You must hold a Driving Licence.
* CSCS Card at Site Manager level
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* Valid First Aid at Work certificate

Job:

As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a £6m - £15m value construction site, reporting to a Contracts Manager.

Key Accountabilities:



* Coordinating and overseeing activity, delivering projects on time, to budget and keeping to high levels of quality.
* Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
* Manage and develop supply chain relationships.
* Be able to read and understand programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
* Monitor Site teams' performance against contract targets and instigating corrective actions.
