Exciting long term role on a huge project!

Are you an administrator/secretary who has worked with a client in the civil engineering industry? Do you have experience of working on site with civil engineers? Are you based in or near Godmanchester/Cambridge and have transport?

Our client are looking for a Secretary/Administrator to work on an impressive civil engineering contract for an 18 month temporary contract.

The role will include:

* Basic Document Control on site
* Working with Project Management team
* Taking meeting minutes
* Administration, typing, filing, answering phones
* Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong background of administration/secretarial work
* IT skills
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in a similar role particularly in civil engineering or construction industry
* A desire to produce quality work and assist their team

The role will be long term temporary due to the nature of this contract, there is definitely an 18 month contract for the right person. This will be an interesting job in a very busy office where you will support the working teams who are out on site by providing permits, paperwork and administrative support.
