Duties of the role include:Controlling and maintaining stock levels within the site.Coordinate stock purchases via existing relationships - including imports from overseas.Import administration.Liaise with depots to ensure sales orders and purchase orders are processed.Act as key stock contact for major customers and suppliers.Analysing costs to keep within expenditure budgets.
The business is looking for someone with previous recent experience of working in a purchasing, logistics or stock role in a deep sea imports operation.
