An enthusiastic and technically excellent Chartered Structural Resident Engineer is sought to represent this reputable structural practice on a prestigious mixed use development project site based in South West London.

The role could be contract (expected to finish July 2019), or permanent, with a view to return to their design office in SE1 longer term.

The practice work on architecturally challenging projects and pride themselves on their innovative thinking.

Requirements:



* Available to start work immediately, appointment will last approx. 14 months (expected to end July 2019).
* You must have experience of Piling and reinforced concrete waterproof basement works on medium to larger schemes (i.e. secant piled wall with double storey reinforced concrete basement, etc).
* You will need to monitor quality on site and alert the office and the project manager if any work is unsatisfactory.
* You will also need to deal with day to day queries and liaise with the office to clarify any design issues.
* Chartered MICE or MIStructE

You must have a passion for architecturally challenging buildings design and excellent communication skills. This is a role for a dynamic, ambitious individual.
