An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Structural Technician to join this London office specialising in façade engineering. This leading global company has enjoyed continued growth and is looking for a keen candidate looking for an opportunity to work for an organisation that values creative input and pragmatic, commercially focused experience. The role would be ideally suited to a proficient and experienced technician who has worked with Facades and fabrication drawings before.

You should be highly organised, energetic and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of some of the following: glass, aluminium, precast concrete, architectural steel, lightweight structures and stone cladding.

The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have:

* Some experience working in structural engineering
* A committed interest in façade systems and designs.
* Have experience using Rainer Systems, Hugo Systems and Velfac Systems
* Initiative, focus and a strong commitment to your profession.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Based in the London office, this newly created role will see you being mentored to take on existing projects and integrating with a dynamic team.

This is a permanent position which offers career progression and an exposure to a variety of interesting projects within a global company.

As a Structural Technician you will be required to:

* Liaise extensively with the existing façade engineering team in order to produce detailed drawings.
* Work with specialist cladding systems
* Produce fabrication drawings
