This residential home is a beautiful 6 bedroom service with a nice garden and patio area, where you can relax and enjoy the day supporting vulnerable adults with physical disabilities.

They have a strong team that is helpful and managers who are supportive at work, and assist you if you are someone who is also looking for progression in the company.

- Opportunity to apply for permanent after 13 weeks

Job Responsibilities:

- You will need to support people with their personal and intimate care as required. This includes supporting people to use the toilet, feed and dress etc.

- You will help the people we support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry

- You will support people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities


- passionate about helping vulnerable people

- willing to do personal care

- good communication and engaging

- Reliable and willing to undergo further training to support the service
