We are currently recruiting for one of our clients who are the leading provider of services for those looking to get back into education. They support children and young people who have specialist needs and those who require support with social and educational inclusion in the Harlow area of Essex.

Your role within the organisation would be to provide support to individuals or small groups within a specific setting with the aim to get them back into mainstream schooling. The age ranges from Primary through to Secondary and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:
* engaging lessons for individuals to stimulate their minds
* covering basic skills essential to the student's learning
* teaching core subjects to cover core curriculum
* cover material to help with GCSE and other exam subjects
* setting and marking work

An ideal candidate would possess the following capabilities and competencies:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
* Ability to establish a link with students with complex needs and mixed abilities
* Understanding of students needs and their behavioural patterns
* Be able to adapt to behaviours and situations
* Own method of transport
