Working with a specialised curriculum (CABAS), you will work alongside several students with Autism and speech and language needs to build independence and life skills. With your enthusiastic and positive outlook, you will build students character and communicational skills to prepare them for life outside of education.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that all students are on task and motivated to learn
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Ensure that documentation is being updated (Educational health care plans)
- Participate in all activities
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week

Key skills:
- Have the determination to learn new skills
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Experience working in Education, SEN, Care or nursing roles
- Have grade C's and above in English and Maths
