Working with the CABAS curriculum and applied behaviour analysis, you will attend training sessions each week to increase your knowledge of the specialised curriculum and how to apply these skills in the classroom. In addition, you will assist students with Autism and speech and language needs to become motivated and excited to participate in practical and interactive sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to help students understand their barriers to learning
- To encourage pupil progress
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Encourage students to learn key life skills and promote independence
- Write communication books and complete activity logs
- Develop knowledge of Autism and speech and language needs

Key Skills:
- Have experience in Education, SEN or nursing roles
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Keen to develop skills
- Grade C's and above in English and Maths
