Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in every subject
- To provide support to the main teacher, both in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- To attend meetings and extra training days
- To participate in all activities throughout the day
- To work with students from KS1 to college-level
- To ensure that the school ethos is embraced by all

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport as public transport cannot be accessed here
- Must have experience working alongside SEN, Education or Care roles
- Must be open to learning new skills
