Are you an animal lover? Would you prefer to work alongside students in specialised outdoor education? Are you available today!

Petting small and large animals, working outside in all weathers and planting in the visual gardens, will be the on the curriculum for your day. You will work alongside students with learning difficulties and disabilities, to access a specialised curriculum. In your one to one setting, you will ensure that your student is able to make effective relationships with peers and staff and participate in all fun and exciting activities throughout the day.

Job responsibilities:
- Support the learning department to support students with severe and complex learning difficulties to access an effective program for further education
- Assist students to handle the animals
- Participate in all activities alongside your student and encourage rewards for good behaviour and participation
- Provide personal care
- Supervising all students in each group to ensure that health and safety is supplied at all times.


Key Skills:
- Grade c's and above in English and Maths
- Experience of working with Special educational needs
- Own means of transport as, public transport cannot be accessed here
