With a huge variety of courses throughout the day, you will work alongside students in the SEN department to access the courses in which need moral support. With your enthusiastic and energetic personality, your students will look to you to as a positive influence and motivator for their progression.

Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that health and safety is enabled at all times
- Help students to develop their skills and build character
- Ensure that all students social and emotional needs are met
- Maintain individual student records
- Understand safeguarding procedures and attend regular training sessions
- Assist main teacher on outdoor educational trips.

Key Skills:
- Experience in SEN or education
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Open to training opportunities
