Senior Sales Executive & Team Leader - Corporate Licences / Subscriptions to Business Information (business development & account management)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B senior sales executive who is looking for a step up to team leading, or ideal for a Subscriptions Sales Team Leader to develop a career with a well known global brand in Financial Business Information . Enjoy £33,000-35,000+ as a generous basic salary and uncapped commissions on sales while generating new business and winning corporate clients! You will also be leading a team, leading to a natural management role in time - where you can earn an additional team bonus based on their performance!

The ideal Senior Sales Executive/ Team Lead candidate will enjoy speaking to global clients over the phone and is self motivated, with excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be interested in supporting junior team members succeed and run some managerial reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. * Corporate Licence Sales Executive - B2B sectors, must have B2B phone based sales experience
* Must have some team leadership experience, ideally in B2B sales within the business inteligence subscriptions space.

The Job:

*Ability to support teams at a desk level, train, coach, lead and other leadership tasks like financial reporting and 1-2-1-s, team goal setting etc.
*Working from a database as well as generating your own leads -outbound calling to B2B clients globally
*Use of a consultative sales style to sell benefits based on client needs and interests
*Building rapport over the telephone with customers and organising a sale of corporate subscriptions
*Managing Admin to ensure follow up calls and complete sales process
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Work towards a range of pre-discussed targets including calls, sales and conversions

The Requirements

* Confident Telephone manner, a couple of years of solid B2B phone sales experience to professional sectors and either prior experience as a team leader or ability to take the step up confidently
* Prior experience in leading a team, as a team lead or manager
* Must have previously sold a subscription based b2b product!
* Passion and Enthusiasm to succeed
* Looking for a career in sales and media
* Experience of working in a target driven environment
* Good Organisational Skills
* Basic Computer skills
* Experience in business information sales is ideal!
