Are you currently looking for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Technical Manager?

My client, a newly established residential housing developer is looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead and establish a successful team which will be delivering multiple projects across the North East.

The client is backed by a well established parent company, but has recently moved into this market, they are looking for ambitious and experienced Technical either looking to make the step up from Senior Engineer or already in the position.

Key responsibilities:

*Enabling business plan objectives to be achieved through establishing new and existing technical approvals procedures to be implemented and adopted to allow secured projects to achieve start on-site in line with business plan objectives.

*They will assume responsibility for establishing pre-commencement programmes and budgets and fee schedules and ensuring that.

*Managing the project delivery to meet both cost and quality targets within the programme.

*Working collaboratively with the commercial and construction teams on site.

*Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and external consultants.

*Managing, guiding, and training other coordinators/ engineers below you.

*Identifying and resolving design and construction problems.

What we look for:

*Experience in a previous residential company.

*Strong Leadership skills.

*Strong track record of delivering projects in a timely manner.

*Degree in a construction related discipline and/ or significant senior level experience in a Technical Management role.

*A person to work both in a team and on their own, dealing with high level ,technical operational matters relating to organisation objectives and outcomes.
