Do you have a proven track record of delivering commercial projects for a Main Contractor?

Are you looking for a local opportunity to further your career?

My client are a leading regional Main Contractor that specialise in New Build Commercial projects across Kent and into Sussex.

Projects can range from Schools, Offices, Care Homes and Hospitals, with M&E Packages valued up to £10 million; and this role will have a particular focus on Pre-Construction and Commissioning.

Duties of an Technical Services Manager:



* Pre-qualification of all subcontracts and reviewing designs.
* Design verification and liaising with design consultant and engineers.

* Manage the successful delivery of services of each project.

* Maintain a good working relationship with M & E sub-contractors.

* Provide guidance and instruction to the site management team, design consultants, construction project managers, clients and directors.

* Ensure that installation periods are not compromised and are completed within the overall finishing programme.

* Provide technical support for site teams.

* Assist with the site management but in line with the services guidelines.

* Site Coordination and managing M&E contractors on site.
