Technical Services Manager

Would you like to work with one of the UK's largest housing developers?

I have a brand new role available working on a regional basis as an M&E Manager/TSM. My client has the largest and most ambitious residential development programme in the sector, with plans to deliver thousands of new homes over the next 10 years. This is a once in a life time opportunity to work with small housing associations and SMEs to help create whole new towns.

As Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the delivery, design, and pre-construction teams to oversee and deliver MEP services.

The Role:

* Coordinating the installation of mechanical and electrical services
* Overseeing the project from design through to commissioning and handover
* Management of the M&E contractors on site
* Looking after the M&E and engineering systems
* Liaising with architects and attending client meetings
* Ensure projects delivery and budget

Required skills:

* At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within the residential build sector
* Proven high level of M&E knowledge
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good time management; ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Location: London / this is a regional role so you will be spilt across different projects in London. Head office is based in East London.

Salary: Up to £80,000 for the right individual.
