Test Manager - Cardiff - £50,000 to £58,000

A leading financial services organisation in Cardiff is urgently seeking a new Test Manager. They are going through an exciting period of change and implementing a digital transformation programme across the business. They are now looking for someone like you to take a leadership role in their QA function and help them move into a hybrid test environment - implementing automation tools and continuous integration processes alongside their manual testing team.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- Prior experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead

- Knowledge of the financial services sector

- Experience of implementing automation testing

- Have previously set test strategy, test plans and implemented new automated test processes

- Excellent communication skills and a personable approach to collaborative working
