Transformation Manager - Up to £45,000 - Large M&E Service Provider

Are you experienced in mobilisation and project management?

Are you looking to join an exciting team with plenty of ambition?

A great opportunity has come up for a Transformation Manager to join a leading Service Provider within the facilities maintenance sector.

The Transformation Manager sits within the mobilisation team to provide a centralised team of expertise in Transformation, Project & Portfolio Management. The Tranformation Manager is responsible for designing and delivering change management interventions to realise the business strategy.

They will bring expertise to this practice and across the business by influencing others to adopt these principles, at all stages of transformation and identify which approaches would suit different audiences. They will demonstrate a deep level of understanding and application of tools and methods in order to facilitate change.

Working as a member of the wider Mobilisation team there may be crosspollination of tasks (mobilisation, continuous improvement & transformation). Liaison with all internal departments (and customers) throughout the life of a project from launch, award, implementation through to operational steady-state whilst driving and reporting risks, productivity evidence and lessons learned leading

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Building transformation / change capability



* Work with the Head of Mobilisation to define and continually monitor the overall transformation/change management strategy to create a change portfolio that is aligned to the business strategy
* Enable the organisation to bring about, execute and embed strategic change and continuous improvement

To lead a team of change agents through all elements of a transformation:



* Diagnosis of potential opportunity
* Design of new ways of working
* Planning and project management
* Implementing change at the front-line

To independently structure, analyse and synthesise findings with minimum coaching. To apply analytical and operational frameworks, and have some knowledge of strategic business models and tools To present analysis and recommendations of how to change the operations of an area to senior managers, both orally and in writing, as required. Delivering high quality visual presentations, communicating both data-driven and conceptual information effectively, as well as communicating orally key concepts to a variety of audiences

Proven experience of delivering positive change in ways of working, either through transformation projects or through day-to-day frontline operational experience

Experience of lean approaches and implementation, with at least 3 lean projects completed

A good understanding of organisational dynamics and some understanding of business processes, policies and tools and methodologies relevant to operational change.

Ability to coach, motivate and mobilise others

Ability to independently structure, analyse and synthesise findings. Able to defend own perspective and support it with facts.
