UX Designer - Cardiff - £25,000 to £35,000

This fast growing FinTech business specialises in financial services software (SaaS) covering all areas of payment processing and lending platforms. With significant financial backing, they are looking to build a new team which will allow them to scale their platforms and deliver to businesses across the globe. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative business with big plans for growth.

As a UX Designer you will work as part of an AGILE team working with the product owners and stake holders to understand partner requirements and values. You will also help the product team to define the right problem statements and lead team to improve our clients experience.

As the successful candidate you must have:

* Well-versed in design sprints methodology
* Experience with digital first
* Axure, Sketch and Invision
* A good understanding of AGILE UX
* Good understanding of UX and rapid prototyping
* Have a strong desire to co-create
* Excellent communication skills with a can do attitude
* Have the ability to work under pressure and in a collaborative environment
* Willing to learn new skills or technologies if needed

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes the following:

* A generous salary of circa £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
