Our well known corporate client in Framingham is in need of an experienced Executive Assistant for their 3-4 month temporary opening. This position is supporting the VP of Marketing in all administrative functions. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organized and detail oriented, and a people person!

Responsibilities:
- Provides diversified administrative assistance to
- Maintains very busy calendars, schedules and makes arrangements for meetings and conferences
- Makes all travel arrangements, create itineraries and coordinate group travel as needed
- Submits expenses and research issues
- Answers very busy, multiple phone lines and provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
- Prepares weekly reports
- Performs special projects as assigned

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Must be able to prioritize and remain focused in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be confident in your ability to multi-task and maintain the strongest attention to detail in this high profile, professional environment
- The right candidate will be flexible and possess a positive ""can-do"" attitude
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 4-6 years direct administrative support at the corporate level
