Our client is a leader in the agriculture industry, and they are seeking an experienced corporate administrative assistant to work at their Creve Coeur facility. This is a long-term temporary assignment that will be working directly with their Sales Effectiveness leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, agile, and solution-oriented with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines. The individual will be the face of the Sales Effectiveness leadership team and must present themselves in a professional manner, possessing excellent communication (written, oral and in person) and relationship building skills in order to interact and effectively work with management and vendors at all levels.

Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to manage activities with an understanding of business priorities. The individual will be comfortable with independent decision-making and take ownership of standard operating procedures and outcomes. Problem-solving skills and high level of professionalism, integrity and diplomacy is required as the successful person will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information.

Tasks will include: calendar management; process expense reports and invoices; plan and coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite meetings, events and training; manage onboarding packets and material inventory for field dealers; work with external vendors; create and update PowerPoint presentations and manage Excel file data; handle travel, obtain appropriate travel visas; set up and maintain appropriate filing and management systems; assist and backup department administrative assistants as needed.

Required Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years of senior level Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate setting supporting multiple managers in a fast paced, complex environment
- Expertise in Microsoft O365 environment including: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Technically savvy with willingness to learn new systems
- Calendar management experience simultaneously supporting multiple managers and scheduling across time zones
- Experience scheduling travel and meetings
- Project management skills
- High school diploma/GED; college degree preferred
