Our client, a well established manufacturing firm in the Royersford, PA area, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a Direct-Hire opportunity. Candidates for this role with have experience providing administrative and reception support in a manufacturing setting. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The compensation for this position will range, depending on experience, between $15-19/Hour while on temporary status. Please see below for duties and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Manage the front desk and provide reception coverage
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or contact
- Manage inbound phone calls and direct as needed
- Manage office calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Process data and paperwork into company system
- Support sales and customer service in account management, order entry, quotes, and invoicing
- Support accounting as needed with month end, processing, reporting, etc.
- Coordinate events and manage vendors as needed
- Manage communications both internal and external
- Order office supplies and manage office kitchen

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3+ years experience in an administrative/office manager role
- Experience supporting, accounting, customer service, and sales departments is preferred
- Experience with order processing, invoicing, and coordination is preferred
- Experience working for a manufacturing and/or industrial office is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
