This is a full time, temp-to-hire position for someone looking to start a strong career with a stable manufacturing company - This is a great opportunity to make a product you can feel good about - This company makes high quality furniture, including sit-to-stand desks, mobile desks, and docking stations - They support the growing healthcare and technologies industries.-

The assembly team assembles the furniture from start to finish. They are responsible for inspecting the quality of the parts used and following instructions written in English.- Accuracy is key on this team to ensure the furniture is assembled correctly.

Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
Assembling furniture parts
Following instructions to install parts to the furniture (shelves, power plugs, handles, castings)
Prepare and organize parts
Reading Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawings
Using hand tools for installation
Housekeeping of assembly area

Monday - Friday, 6am-3:30pm

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to manually lift up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift (normal shift is 10 hours with overtime as necessary).
-Good communication skills and judgement.
-Machine aptitude.
-Self-motivated.
-Must be proficient in reading technical manuals and instructions in English.
