The Office/Warehouse Clerk will work under the supervision of the Director of Operations to complete assigned tasks such as veryifying payroll, correcting hours in PAYCOM, assisting both internal and temporary Spanish speaking employees with communication, pulling special orders to prepare for shipment and other assigned duties in a warehouse office environment. Working hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
Correcting and completing payroll
Matching and coding invoices to correct depts.
Translating for Spanish speaking employees
Pulling special orders in the warehouse
Labeling
Greeting customers at front desk
Answering phones
Data Entry
Preparing written communication for warehouse employees

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Bi-Lingual in Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills: Mirosoft Office, Work, Excel and Power Point
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a warehouse office environment or out in the warehouse to pull orders
Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner
