Randstad is now recruiting Health Program Representatives for a large company in Cerritos, CA 90703! In this position you will be making outreach calls to schedule initial patient visits and annual appointments to our Care Centers. The ideal candidate has call center experience as well as healthcare experience. The pay is $20/hr and the schedule will be 10am-7pm M-F. Responsibilities:
Making outreach to schedule initial patient visits and annual appointments to our Care Centers.
Making outbound and taking inbound calls up to 60 calls day.
Faxing and mailing documents to members will be included in daily tasks.
Contacting doctors?? offices, making appointments for the members.

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Friendly customer service.
Telephone and computer experience.
Basic excel use.
Printing, mailing, faxing.

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
At least a High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 yr of call center experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
