Randstad has an exciting new opportunity for bilingual customer service/call center representatives in Downtown Manhattan! Our client is in need of candidate's coming from the customer service/call center background, preferably with experience in healthcare. Those without experience will also be considered!

Languages needed: Cantonese, Mandarin, and Russian

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to interact with social security professionals regarding patient trips via email or fax.
- Working with the facility case manager to resolve patient issues concerning schedule changes, routing suggestions, provider changes, etc.
- Coordinate with facility social workers to get updated lists of patient addresses.
- Compare provider trip logs with prescheduled trip confirmations received from facilities.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
-Must be Bilingual in one of the following

--Russian
--Cantonese/Mandarin

-Must be able to type 35 WPM
-1-2 years of experience in a call center environment required.
-HS Diploma required

Working hours: Must be Flexible for 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm, Monday - Saturday! Saturday hours are shorter!
