Our client is seeking an excellent candidate for a Customer Service Collections role in the King of Prussia area! This temp-to-hire opportunity is paying between $14 and $16 hourly depending on experience and the hours are 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow-up on high volume delinquent accounts
- Take inbound calls and support customers
- Establish payment plans for specific time frames
- Track results and report to management
- Handle billing questions
- Work with Sales, Customer service, Billing, and Credit departments

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
