Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, currently has an opening for a Customer Care Representative in Cerritos, CA!

Responsibilities:
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Taking calls to assist with Open Enrollment
Develop and maintain positive customer relations
Work in a high volume call center setting

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese
Ability to multi-task
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare industry experience required
