Randstad is hiring call center professionals for a major financial firm in San Antonio!

Pay: $16/hr
Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential extension through end of January; could be extended longer
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251
Start date: September 20th
Hours: Must be available to work hours between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
Training: 3 weeks of training 8:0am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from internal team members in a call center environment
The calls are related to questions or problems team members may have related to benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and online tools associated with human resources
Uses traditional and online human resource systems to document transactional work and educate team members on human resource related topics
Be able to multitask; navigate through different systems while assisting team member on the phone
Utilize good probing skills to understand the caller??s question/concern and then provide a full and complete answer - anticipate the needs that the caller may not know to ask

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
1 year of call center experience required
Professional and strong communication skills - needs to be well spoken - will be speaking with entry level team members all the way up the chain (VP Level)
Outstanding attendance and punctuality NON-NEGOTIABLE during training. Will be released if any training time is missed
Holds great job tenure - do not like job hoppers
Fast learners - able to self educate to relay information to team members
Positive attitude - open to receiving feedback from our team leads and managers
