Randstad is currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service Specialist role for a National organization in downtown Denver. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply, as there are a variety of shifts available to Spanish/English bilingual candidates, and Monolingual English candidates have the option of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions while answering calls from traffic camera citiation recipients. This position will require contact with police officers and citizens seeking additional information and citation in support of the Red Light Photo Enforcement program.

Responsibilities:
??? Answer calls from citation recipients; assist with general citation questions, how to access/use the online violation portal, questions related to traffic court, and how to process payment or appeal citation.
??? Process Affidavit for Non-Liability forms received from registered owners.
??? Create Court Dismissal Transmittal report weekly and submit to law enforcement agencies
??? Report any equipment related issues timely to ensure they are resolved quickly.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

??? 2+ years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including inbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties.
??? Strong PC skills in order to navigate and use multiple software platforms
