We are in need of a number of Customer Advocate professionals. Assist customers navigate the complex medical leave and disability programs of their employer. As the primary point of contact for our clients' employees, you help customers unravel complicated issues, and ensure that the employees needsconnect to an employer's program, or determine a plan to resolve an issue. If you're a smart, empathetic and proactive customer care professional, we're looking for you to join our growing team!

Pay starts at $18.25- $18.75/hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, through inbound & outbound calls, by showing compassion and empathy to solve the customers problems.
- Anticipates future needs by explaining/suggesting/providing additional information that the customer needs to know.
- Use problem solving skills to anticipate, research, and solve customer issues

Flexibility to work between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
- Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work- in the United States
- Must be able to submit to a full background check and drug test
- Ability to understand and apply knowledge of policies, process, procedures, confidentiality, business ethics, transaction flow, transaction scripts and documentation requirements.
- Computer savvy.
- Ability to communicate through written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
High School
2+ years of previous customer service experience.

Qualifications:
- Call Center experience, assisting customers with issues via phone, chat and email.
- Proven track record solving complex customer problems utilizing deep customer empathy in conjunction with numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning skills.
