A highly reputable Manufacturing company in Farmington, CT is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their already stellar team and is offering $15-16/hr.
This position is responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls on a technical assistance call center and relaying the information to the technicians, processing service engineer timesheets and expense reports, and customer billing. The department is open from 7am until 7pm, so candidates must be flexible to work within those hours if needed. This is potentially a 6 month contract position with the potential to be extended! So please be sure you are interested in that length of an assignment!

Responsibilities:
Principle Duties & Responsibilities

The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work in this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The position may require that employees perform other duties as assigned.

1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls
2. Enter data from these calls into Service Information System (SIS)
3. Assist Service managers in daily service functions and special projects
4. Provide telephone support for managers
5. Answer service engineers calls, respond to customer calls as needed
6. Process customer billing through the SAP system
7. Respond to customer inquiries and billing questions
8. Process service engineers time and expense reports
9. Maintain vacation books and record time off in the SIS system
10. Draft various letters, memos and correspondence for manager and related departmental needs
11. Updating department PowerPoint presentations occasionally
12. Assist with yearly service meeting coordination
13. Record meeting minutes as required
14. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings
15. Accurate data entry skills

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Experience
Excellent interpersonal communications and clerical skills. Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SIS and Access. Customer service experience a plus

Qualifications:
Education
Associates degree in Business Management preferred; one to two years experience in an administrative environment acceptable
