Are you a hardworking and motivated individual with customer service experience? We are looking for a fast-paced and eager to learn individual who is ready to take on any challenge. This customer service role goes beyond answering the phones and is extremely engaging and beneficial.

Responsibilities:
-Frequently answer phone calls and emails
-Resolve customer service claims
-Communicate all information with urgency
-Assist with clerical work such as scanning, faxing, and filing

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

-Ability to answer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must have experience in customer service
-Strong sense of urgency to multitask
