Would you say you have experience providing world class sales and customer service? We have a local construction safety company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume B2B sales environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will assist and follow up with customers, face to face, via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information.

Previous construction / manufacturing B2B sales experience a plus.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls from internal and external customers delivered through an ACD call systemAddress and assist customers in face to face environment (B2B Sales)Create customer quotes and process customer orders in a Microsoft based ERP systemManage the order cycle from creation to invoicing, including expediting open orders on demand as well as through daily and weekly reportingContact manufacturers to resolve customer concerns through discussion of products, services, accessories and equipmentWork closely with other ORR departments on special projects and daily interactions in a professional and timely mannerCreate and navigate through several reports for the sales team.
