CyberArk Cloud Engineer

Candidate is expected to support our AWS deployments, lift & shift migrations and innovative AWS solutions. The Cloud Engineer should be able to execute architecture blueprints and bring it to reality with a DevSecOps mindset & culture. Candidate should be able to build and configure build plans, code pipelines and create automated solutions that can be used as framework and re-used.

responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving core technology processes within a global support environment utilizing industry best practices and standard process methodologies.
  • Lead, develop and execute enterprise technology process development projects of diverse complexity and scope in accordance with stakeholder priorities.
  • Provide technical expertise, process based facilitation and coaching, governance review, documentation, and reporting to ensure education and adoption of new or re-engineered processes.
  • Serves as process owner and champion, subject matter expert, business partner, and primary liaison to stakeholders for multiple, assigned IT processes and supporting functionality.
  • Defines, develops and provides thought leadership on area processes, standards, and best practices ensuring ongoing improvements align with industry standards.
  • Responsible for the continuous monitoring, support and stability of the IT processes and the development of tools to enhance process usability and compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise and execution of all process engineering production.
  • Design and perform internal process assessments and audits, utilizing tools (e.g. Six Sigma) and client consultation to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Map current and future processes to provide a foundation for defining activities and improving processes.
  • Lead process improvement project planning from business/technical requirements analysis through implementation.
  • Incorporate and ensure methodology are reflected in the project plan.
  • Lead/coordinate root cause analysis efforts for critical/significant process related incidents or investigations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as necessary to determine the severity, impact, cost and effort of implementing the solution(s).
  • Lead respective team to timely implement changes/improvements in processes/designs as necessary to prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate process vulnerabilities to key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation of detailed design documents, diagrams, process specifications, process studies, models, procedures, flowcharts, time lines, mind maps,concept maps, cost analysis worksheets, proposals, statements of work and overall project information including key deliverables.
  • Responsible for developing, capturing and reporting on performance, compliance, and quality metrics for processes, driving continuous service improvement and creating a service culture balancing behaviors, process, and technology.
  • Prepare client deliverables, including reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting graphics material to foster data driven decision making and validate processes are meeting customer service and cost expectations.
  • Manage effective relationships and works in partnership with leadership, team members, vendors/contractors to deliver robust solutions ensuring that project time lines are maintained.
  • Facilitate communications between workgroups on process issues and/or major changes.
  • Serve as a process engineering subject matter expert by providing technical leadership, direction, mentorship and high level expertise and guidance/influence to stakeholders and peers.
  • Continuously develop technical subject matter expertise by remaining apprised of Industry trends, emerging products, services, protocols and industry standards/best practices.
  • Effectively present the value proposition of business appropriate emerging technologies to technology leadership.
  • May support IT Service Management's procurement and development efforts by serving as a liaison to suppliers in the procurement of new systems/technologies ensuring integration with existing operational procedures.

  • Previous experience or knowledge of Identity and Privileged Access Management or Information Security domains
  • Experience with Cloud technology, AWS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Server, Windows desktop, O365, Active Directory
  • Ensure that Project expectations are met and projects are successfully executed by owning deliverables and managing all assigned deployment activities.
  • Manage the planning and timeline of assigned POS projects including providing site surveys, client updates, and post deployment documentation
  • Configure applications in a hosted private cloud server and on client systems.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools
  • Strong knowledge on AWS, Azure, Atlassian Suite products like Jira/Confluence/BitBucket/Bamboo, Terraform, Consul, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Microservice architecture, AWS CloudFormation/ Azure Resource Manager, Python, Lambda, FedRAMP knowledge
  • Programming skills with PowerShell or Python, including ability to create or edit scripts for automation/reporting and API development
