Randstad is hiring immediate data entry operators to fulfill an exciting role with a large health insurance organization in Monterey Park

Pay: $15.50-$16
Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm
Duration: 4 months temp to potential perm

Responsibilities:
- Entering information into the data base to allow the sales team and brokers to use the new updated system
-Data entry, pulling licensed info, grading and correcting agent exams
-During the time of Aug-Nov over 3000 agents will be certified, need help pulling this information in the system
-Assists Sales department in providing technical and administrative product information
-Performs a variety of administrative tasks
-Working knowledge of computers and related software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-2 years of data entry experience
-Customer service experience within a high-production call center environment preferred
-Excellent customer service telephone skills, Ability to solve problems and analyze complex situations under pressure

Qualifications:
-High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
