Shift: 1st shift business hours between 8AM-8PM M-F
Training shift: Typically 6 weeks 8AM-6PM M-F
Location: East Lowry Blvd Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $14.75-$15.25

Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative you will answer high volume incoming calls with outbound follow-up via phone and E-mail to provide information and resolve all problems and inquiries. In addition, you document all information into the internal databases to track interactions and ensure proper compliance while utilizing dual screens and the latest technology.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
Be available to handle member inquiries.
Represent Health Plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature, and respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues.
Respond with empathy to complaints and concerns from members concerning health plan benefits, account status, payment history, and medical services.
Effectively diffuse anger, tension, and hostility, within regulatory guidelines, of members expressing concerns

Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
**Must be able to complete on-boarding documents before required deadlines**
Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
High School Diploma or equivalent highly desirable
